Moonbase Motorsport was thrilled to join forces with A Little bit Sideways, our "Works" Parts have been built, developed, improved and verified by an Ex Talbot rally team technician/Engineer who was part of the World rally Championship winning team back in the 1980's. His passion for this great little car has lead to an absolute wealth of knowledge and all parts are endorsed by the man himself

Moonbase Motorsport has a huge passion for this great little car, altogether we have owned 70+of them, and still keep finding them to restore and make great once again. Body shell build/preparation
We can prepare and build your Talbot Sunbeam, Sunbeam Lotus or Avenger shell to whatever your requirements are, we can build them to full historic spec, or if you are using a more modern engine and drive train, this is also possible. A meeting with the customer is key, and we can discuss your exact requirements.
Repairs
We can also do repairs and modifications to cars that are already built, so if you have had an unfortunate off, or want to modify something, anything is possible.
Component rebuild/refurbishment
We can offer a service where we rebuild or refurbish any of your mechanical components, we can cater for Engines, gearboxes, axles, brake components, suspension components and steering components.
"Works" specification and competition/modified parts.
We can supply new remade parts to historic "works" specification, and also modified/special parts for your Sunbeam and Avenger. Please see our online store.
